Window: - One 600mm (2') timber non opening window fitted as standard.

Roof: -       Profile 3 corrugated cement fibre sheets fitted on timber roof trusses. (Garages over 12'7" wide fitted with steel roof trusses as standard).

Gables: -   Whitewood PAR tongue and groove cladding coated with a wood preservative which acts as a base for further staining or painting.

Pent Roof only
