Walls: Maintenance free, machine made 1.98 metre high x 70mm thick (6ft 6ins x 2.75ins) reinforced concrete panels with a choice of three applied aggregate finishes – Canterbury, Derbyshire or Black and White).

Door: Horizontally ribbed canopy up and over door.

Window: One 1.2m (4ft) timber non-opening window fitted as standard.

Roof as standard).: Profile 3 corrugated cement fibre sheets fitted on timber roof trusses. (Garages over 12ft 7ins wide fitted wilh steel roof trusses
